As an Enrolled Agent practice, we are federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS. When a notice arrives, you forward it to us and we take it from there: every letter, every call, every meeting, handled on your behalf.
Most notices are narrower than they look: a mismatched 1099, a questioned deduction, an estimated-payment discrepancy. The costly mistakes happen when taxpayers respond on their own, saying more than the question asked. Our first job is to shrink the issue to its actual size; our second is to resolve it on the best available terms.
If there's a balance you genuinely owe, representation still matters: penalty abatement, installment agreements, and offers in compromise are negotiations, and outcomes follow preparation.
